We had been to wolf lane to celebrate our friends birthday on july 16th evening about 7 to 8pm. My friend got an email from the management for free drinks.
They asked us to sign up during our previous visit and sent my friend a free cocktail voucher.
When we enquired about it, the staff who was taking orders asked for a printed copy. When we said we did not have one and asked if he could check the email and agree this one time, he was extremely rude to us by stating he had a rough day and doesn't feel like giving us the free cocktails. For a minute we thought he was joking. But he wasnt.
In this digital world when we had the email in front of us asking us to print the email is quiet silly. But it is not even that, we understand companies have their own compliance policies. He made it personal.
We had the birthday girl with us and talking to us that way is unacceptable.
We demand an apology from the management.
We dont care about free drinks, but creating that negative memory is unacceptable.
Don't collect our information and give out free stuff if you are planning to treat us this way. We would rather pay for our drinks and have a good time.
