A great family holiday choice excellent villa plus walking distance to great pools, beach and local restaurant - highly recommend!
We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed the break. Two swimming pools (1 heated indoor) meant you could swim even if it was cooler. The bungalow was spacious and had all mod cons. The older Grandkids liked the upstairs bedroom with their own space & TV. Short stroll to a beautiful pristine beach and location was a short drive into Bussleton and well placed to visit the Wineries, Breweries, Chocolate & Cheese Factories and Margaret River. All in all a very nice place to spend a relaxing holiday.
Travelled to Busselton for Ironman weekend and needed 3 nights. Could only rent the Presidential Bungalow for minimum 4 nights.
Advertised as Presedential bungalow and gave the impression it was a stand alone beach side apartment. Turns out is one of many apartments in the Sebel complex. Nothing very Presedential. Within walking distance to the beach which is lovely.
I was really disappointed here and felt the apartment was misrepresented and expensive.
Also really $27 per day for WiFi?? It's 2015. Even the tiny country towns we visited had free WiFi! And. The phone reception is terrible.

Place was great. Kids loved the indoor pool and spa. Games room is great but you do have to pay to use the games. Room was great! Spacious and has everything you need. Will def be coming again
