Nice clean tidy units overlooking Pumicestone passage , 20m to the boardwalk also short walk to shopping center. There are Under cover garages but if you own a large 4x4 they will need to park outside. Small pool onsite which was well maintained, nice tidy gardens only bad thing was our apartment had one a/c to do all the rooms it just didnt seem enough for the bed rooms.

This is an immaculate apartment with lovely views facing the sea. The management are very friendly and welcoming. Swimming pool is small but adequate. It is not in the town centre but it is only a short and easy walk to get there.

There would be no need to move your car whilst holidaying at Sails. Supermarkets, restaurants and water activities all within walking distance. The apartment was well maintained and loved the idea of the lift configuration. Look forward to visiting Sails again.

Great spot for a family holiday, thank you to Paul & Mary-Anne for looking after us. We were participating at a National dance competition at the Events Centre in Caloundra. the resort is in walking distance to the Events Centre.
