Really clean beautiful suite. Close to epic beach, amazing food and incredible coffee! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, it's a big part as to why we keep coming back. Heated pool in July was very satisfying and highly recommended.

We had a lovely week stay in Coolum Beach, check in @ Elements was easy and the resort is in a great location everything you need is within walking distance including coffee, endless brekkie/lunch/dinner options, pharmacy, Coles and the beach across the road. The apartments are very spacious, comfortable and come fully equipped. The pool was heated and we enjoyed a few swims even being winter it wasn't too cold. The resort is very well kept and maintained and it doesn't go unnoticed, the Managers clearly take pride in their work and are passionate about providing a memorable stay for their guests! We will definitively be back again and hopefully for longer next time.

Units are clean and spacious in a secure setting. Resort is well managed and grounds are beautifully including a heated pool. It is situated walking distance from patrolled surf beach and a variety of great eateries.

Third time staying at Element on Coolum. We have stayed in their 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom deluxe apartments. The location is handy to everything and apartments are roomy.
We were very disappointed with our stay this time and will be reluctant to stay again due to the cleanliness of the apartment.
We arrived to find the floors in the main living area covered in black footprints as well as the bathroom, food underneath the dining table, in the lounge and underneath, food spillage down the side of the kitchen bench and lipstick on the drinking glasses ☹️

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your allocated apartment and regret that you did not advise us of any of your concerns until after you departed the Resort as we would have tried to find a more suitable apartment so you would have had a more enjoyable stay. We take great pride in ensuring our rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and all rooms are checked by management prior to guest occupancy so please be assured that we will investigate further with our housekeeping and maintenance teams.
