Booking through a third party, a non-refundable booking after a certain date and knowing there is a COVID pandemic - checking in, staying at the Resort for 2 days and deciding on that 2nd day to leave (own choice - due to a 3 Day Lockdown in QLD) to get over the QLD border to avoid the lockdown and then phone nearly 2 weeks later asking for a refund is laughable. The bullying, emails and harassment that commenced this week is very, very disturbing as bullies and harrassment are not tolerated in this world. In all of the disturbing emails not one mentions that you actually stayed in the Resort and then decided to leave on your own accord - how convenient!!!!
