A Place to Chill !

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 9 Jan 2019
Recently visited the Sunshine Coast area for a few nights. Stayed at the Coolum Dreams B&B...(stumbled across accidentally). What a good find!. Perfect for my needs!
Narelle (the owner/ Manger) warmly welcoming, organised and a pleasure to meet.
My room for the stay was clean, spacious and well fitted out with a reading chair, spacious en-suite. The bed very comfortable and after a long drive I slept like a baby.
My adult son visited and called it "sophisticated hippie"....hang-out!!!
Early morning, easy walk to the beach along the bush track.
Breakfast simple & delicious. Plenty of space to be private, away, to read & write if you need/ value privacy and "alone time" as I valued.
Thank you Narelle and Sylvia, for a lovely short break away. Loved it!!!
Date of stay: January 2019
Room Tip: I had the "Emerald Room." For more privacy, the room upstairs may be a good choice,...

G'Day Peeps,
Just got back from a trip up on the Sunshine Coast and booked into this B&B for 1 night before going further north. Great little B&B, very comfortable bed and Narelle the owner was very accommodating to make our stay home like. The town centre is about 5 klms away and we just got an Uber. There are about 5 rooms here ( all with own bathroom ) and if you were looking at booking a golf weekend away you simply had to walk across the road as Coolum Resort is about a sand wedge away but only the course is open. I wish I'd bought the clubs.

Stayed 1 night in Oct 2018. B&B has a lot of personalised charm. Room was comfortable, tea making facilities in a communal area just a short distance from room. fridge in room. Bed comfy, bathroom functional and clean. Our Host, the owner, was pleasant and very helpful. Booked us a free pick up and drop off to the Surf club for a meal. Deserted Palmer resort just across the road well worth checking out, bizarre waste of money that no doubt has messed up a lot of people's lives. Simple breakfast, again shared with our host. Memorable stay for all the right reasons however if you want the central hub hub of Coolum Beach then you will have to use transport. Would we stay again? 'Yes'

Room tip: Two levels, if your a really light sleeper go for the upper floor

Extremely relaxing, welcoming and peaceful stay. Narelle, the host, went above and beyond to be helpful, even going so far as to take us into town to save us getting a taxi. Breakfast was lovely and we were made to feel very at home. Highly recommended.

Stayed here 07/09-09/09..very pleasant host and very good location, will be back! Good place for both singles and couples. September is a very good time to visit.

You must walk the now deserted Palmer Coolum Resort cross the road, very eerie....

We were welcomed by a friendly host. The lovely gardens opened onto a rear park where we were able to walk and enjoy the serenity of the area. The bed was comfortable in a pleasant room with excellent facilities. This was all topped of by a wonderful breakfast provided by the host. We will happily recommend Coolum Dreams to friends.
