I recently needed a couple of days to relax and wind down and I chose The Point Coolum Beach. Two requisites I had were, a great ocean view and a balcony on which to enjoy those views. The Point Coolum Beach delivered without doubt. The apartment was faultlessly clean and fitted out. The bed was amazingly comfortable and was so much appreciated with lovely linens and soft colours. I found the reception staff were more than helpful and the extra touches of having the lamps turned on and some fresh air with the window opened before my arrival was great. All in all, I couldn't fault anything, and I look forward to staying again...maybe next time I might bring hubby...

This is not five stars, but a star above seven . Beautiful and well-maintained executive apartment around Coolum Beach. We ( the family with a baby) stayed here for over five days and enjoyed the scenary and the environment tremendously. The reception Staff are par excellence.

We loved our time at The Point once again, thank you. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming. We have stayed in several of the apartments now and each one is well equipped and always clean. If any maintenance issue arises, we always find the staff address the issue promptly and courteously. Even though the main part of Coolum is within walking distance, albiet a long one, we always feel we are enough away from the business strip to enjoy a quieter side of Coolum. I love the little secluded beach very close by, a piece of paradise. The views from all the apartments we have stayed in have been spectacular and each have generous balconies to sit and enjoy them. We would never consider staying elsewhere in Coolum.
