Found the place very pricey. This restaurant was recommended by our friends and thought of giving it a try. Ordered the pizza and beer. The beer was good no doubt but felt the topping on the pizza was very less.

A popular eatery in Arrowtown, this restaurant has a huge array of beers, wines etc available and the food is excellent value with great portion sizes to satisfy all. The courtyard is perfect for large groups. Friendly staff and would highly recommend.

The 3 of us enjoy a Meatlover’s pizza, a large bowl of fries, and a pint of Goldpanner’s Lager here for a late lunch today. The food is reasonably priced, and the pizza has plenty of meat, and a delicious smokey homemade BBQ sauce swirl on top. The shoestring fries are very generous, and come with both a yummy aioli, and tomato sauce. The barmaid is kind enough to offer a couple of tastes of some of the 18 or so craft beers that are on tap, and no one objects to my choice of beer, as it is actually pretty good. Friendly staff, tons of seating options, inside and out, an interesting interior that reflects some of the gold panning history of Arrowtown. And who can resist the cosy warmth of a roaring fireplace.

Delicious beers on tap! Did the tasting paddle and throughly enjoyed it! Beautiful setting outside in the sun! A must for a delicious drop of beer, very popular with the locals

We were lured here by the large outdoor area with playground, perfect for our kids to burn off some energy. The food was very good. We had pizza, polenta chips and kids' chicken strips from memory. Service was very friendly. A shame the smoking area is next to the playground though.
