Very bad experience, the staff was very laid bad, unconcerned, not courteous . Even for basic necessities like towels, tissues we had to ask and not given.Nor proper room given and extra bed, had to insist then gave. Not good food service and very basic level of food. Doors have bad locking system and very inconvenient Even help for luggage loading in bus not given. Overall a worst experience.

Excellent service by all staff , specifically by anirban , dipali .... The menu was excellent and the services were super excellent… Loved this environment… really appreciate . Good in location, room & food prices were pocket friendly....

Very good hotel , my first experience is so fabulous, me recomend always book this hotel , service staff is very good , rishab , dipali , anirban budhan very good behaviour, breakfast is awesome, room are very clean , service and house keeping speciali fantastic

Very nice Hotel, stuffs are very good, fooding was awasome, I specifically order for homely foods which was delicious.
Special Thanks to Dipali a restaurant staff who take care of fooding choices and do available.
