Not sure what has changed at Thai silk as it has always been my favourite thai restaurant but food just not the same and flavours different, service was poor took nearly 30 mins to clear empty plates no asking us if we wanted more drinks during our visite and no offer of dessert till 40mins after finishing our meal, think its time to find a new favourite thai restaurant.

Really great food. My wife enjoyed the Tom Yum soup. Good heat and plenty of flavour. I enjoyed the seafood parcel. Plenty of seafood - 4 scallops, mussels, squid and chicken. It had a 2 chilli rating, but g to fear.

I ordered food and was told that it will be ready in 20 minutes. After waiting for over a half an hour I then ask if its ready then I get told it will be ready in 5 mins. I didn’t end up getting my meal till after I had waited for 50 minutes and as I go up and get my meal after waiting that long the girl behind the counter ask me have you paid for this, when clearly she served me and I done payment upon ordering per usual. Felt very insulted by that.

Went here for dinner. The host was very friendly and helpful. Service was extremely quick. Food was very tasty.

Amazing Thai food. It’s in a weird low market location. Don’t let that put you off. Food is always amazing. Takeaways always good too.
