It was sad to see the venue had moved from the beautiful spot I remembered as a child but the flavour of that worldclass icecream.remains the same, took us right back to happy childhood days x

Had a most wonderful ice cream. Delicious flavour and that fantastic texture that shows you it is carefully made, not just filled with homogenising additives like standard commercial products. A shame that the location has changed, but it’s a pretty smart set up. Excellent value, especially when compared, say, with the price of a cup coffee!

This establishment has gone downhill in a big way - the creamy flavoursome ice creams of yesteryear have disappeared / malted milk tasted like vanilla with an icy texture. Feijoa was completely devoid of taste and was just ice!!! Will never be buying another one and will not recommend Rush Monroe's to anyone 😞

Great ice cream, just a bit expensive compared to the others.
It seems very popular among locals.
We didn’t wait for too long even though reasonable amount of people there.

What’s happened Rush Munroes?! We called in on our way home, looking forward to a Feijoa ice cream. This time, we couldn’t taste any Feijoa! Talk about disappointing. Days gone by, you would get the distinctive flavour along with little bits of Feijoa. Now, it’s just ice cream of no discernible taste.
So sad.
