Excellent pizzas, great staff, wonderful beer and wine selection, in a ‘chilled out’ garden on a beautiful bay. What more could you ask for?

We ended up eating elsewhere, as we heard the young English guy be so rude to a customer.
The guy that greeted us seem friendly, but after hearing the young English guy talk to some customers so rudely we chose not to eat their over priced pizza.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Apologies that your impressions of one of our team members meant that you decided to dine elsewhere. We are extremely proud of the fun and welcoming atmosphere that we have created in the garden and of the service that all of the team are known for delivering, as per our other reviews, so it is disappointing to hear that on this occasion that this was not the case.
That said we do expect our team members to be treated with respect and in a manner that our guests would like to be treated themselves. We are aware that on this occasion that unfortunately was not the case with the interaction that you overheard.
As for our pizzas being overpriced, we would love for you to try one so you can make a better assessment. With the war in Ukraine (flour prices) and inflation across the board unfortunately to produce pizzas (from scratch) with fresh, local and high quality ingredients these are the prices we need to charge.

Family friendly, good friendly staff, reasonable prices. A locals retreat, head here for your easy relaxed meal.

We did takeout and were very pleased with the food.
Nice garden to sit in if there were a place to sit. It is often very crowded leaving patrons searching for a place to sit down to eat. We intended to eat there but we’re “forced” to do takeout as there is as nowhere to sit to eat our food.
If every pizza place felt like a visit to Hone's I'd eat pizza every day, or anything else they're serving. It's got the most chilled atmosphere I've ever enjoyed.
