Palazzo is a lovely place to stay, 10 out of 10 for comfort and cleanliness, great location close to all needed amenities. Amazing, lovely hosts who go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Will definitely be staying again :)

These guys are real hosts. Yes, the facilities were 100%, and very comfortable, the bed was very comfy and huge, but as I was there on my own on a business trip, the little things made a real difference. When I arrived, the guy behind the desk not only checked me in smoothly, seemed to know my name, but then said - you look parched - would you like a beer? And handed me a Heineken from his mini fridge! Then later when I asked him about breakfast options he offered me the continental, but when I suggested I'd just wander down to the supermarket he said 'wait there' and got me a supermarket bag from his cupboard! It's the little things that make you feel welcome, and these guys rocked it. DEFINITELY will stay there again!

Nice and tidy place to stay in Nelson, big room and very close to the restaurant , Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Enough place to park. This was business trip but equally good for the family. Just a walking distance to the all the restaurants, will stay there again

100% recommend from booking online, to quick and easy communication (online via email) to professional but personable face-face check in, friendly and professional. I stay in motels/hotels for my profession regularly and have done for 22 years so know good service and standards when I see it and Palazzo has it. Rooms good size, extremely tidy and clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower was great temp and good pressure.

Great stay. Very accommodating. Issue with room was resolved right away. Convienent location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great advice on restaurants and places of interest in Nelson. Room was specious with great amenities. Very comfortable bed.
