Centrally located so we were able to walk to the main shopping area
with its old architecture plus some modern architecture.
Clean and comfortable motel with a bit of Pizzazz.
And the Palazzo staff were so helpful in enabling us to see all that we planned
to see on our visit to Nelson.

Clean, spacious, well equipped, and super friendly/helpful staff. Walking distance to many fine restaurants, coffee shops, and stores in Nelson City Center. Less than a 15 minute drive from the airport. Had a wonderful stay. Recommend unreservedly.

The Palazzo Motor Lodge was very conveniently located, altho I had rented a car I walked everywhere I wanted to go. Travelling alone I felt secure / safe and well cared for. I was given some great tips for sightseeing / short nearby hikes and eating options. Overall very clean and friendly people happy to help me out :)

Fantastic motel, well appointed, spotlessly clean, seperate lounge and bedroom - 9super comfy bed) , both with large TV's and only a 5 minute walk into the heart of Nelson. The owner/operators are incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. My go to in Nelson, whenever there is availability.

If you are ever in Nelson then you have to stay at the Palazzo Motor Lodge. Max and Robyn are truly the most considerate hotel owners we have ever met. We are a travelling Drag Theatre Show and the level of kindness, appreciation and help that was shown was a definite highlight of our stay!
We arrived on an early morning flight and instead of waiting we were able to check into 2 of our 3 rooms upon arrival to the Lodge - and the rooms were exquisite! Great decor, clean, spacious and the bathroom amenities were top notch.
Definitely will be staying here when we are back for next year for 2 SHOWS.
