Always stay at the Palazzo when on business to the Region, have stayed here for years and love the place, well laid out accommodation with luxury rooms clean and tidy with a massive flat screen TV with Netflix, it's like a home away from home and always welcomed back. I've stayed all over Nelson with coming to the Region for many years on business and with out doubt this is the best place to stay. Can see why they are number one

This was a great place to stay. It was warm, clean and I enjoyed the Netflix. This is the second time I have stayed and they were great the first time as well. Great location, an easy walk from downtown (like about 300 meters). The offer of a free beverage when i checked in was an additional (and unexpected) delight

Our stay in Nelson was made even more special by staying at Palazzo motor lodge. I can not recommend Palazzo more, every thing about this place was excellent. We actually extended our stay and will return next year.
The bed was SO comfortable, with electric blankets. A heat pump, heated towel rail and equiped kitchen added to the overall excellence.
The location is within less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, to the super markets, river, restaurants etc.
The proprietors Max and Robyn are both friendly and welcoming. As are their staff.
Highly recommend the Palazzo.

Robyn and Max are very personable hosts, making us feel very welcome. Units have a high standard of cleanliness and decor. Easy parking on site. Great location for enjoying the Nelson nightlife on foot. We always book here if we can. Frith and Pete

I have stayed at Palazzo many times. It is constantly very good. Rooms are clean as and well priced.
Highly recommended. Well positioned close to the Nelson CBD like a 10 minutes walk.
The owners are very protective and absolutely good hosts.
