I can not fault my stay at The Sails. The apartment was done to a high specification and included everything you would need for a self-contained stay. It was immaculately clean and if you wanted, a cooked breakfast could be provided for you (at an extra cost). There are laundry facilities (washers/dryers/ airers) available on site too, which was a God send as we were touring! The manager was friendly and helpful with all things Nelson related. All in all, a splendid stay.

On holiday in South Island, Sails Inn is a super nice place, location is ideal in Nelson with an easy walk to the city center, and innkeepers. Breakfast for purchase is great! On-site laundry facilities are plus when traveling for extended periods. Free parking on-site makes it convenient.

Unfortunately we stayed only one night ! Good looking room, very comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast and the contact with the owner, very friendly and helping ! Quiet place as well which is valuable is NZ. Thank you !

Mark and Celia are very welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and the units are immaculately clean.
The Sails is well placed for walking into town.
We have stayed here twice now and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, very clean well maintained property. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a view of the hills. Just a short walk to the CBD. Staff was very friendly. WIFI was the best we had in the 3 weeks touring New Zealand. Air conditioning and free parking. Would definitely stay there again!
