Accommodation as expected as have stayed previously. Heater switched on before arrival. Very clean, with good lighting.

6 of us stayed here at the end of our Abel Tasman trip. The owner went above and beyond to look after us all. Very happy with our stay here. Comfortable clean quiet motel, reasonably priced. Walking distance to restaurants.

Booked at 6pm for a 10.30pm arrival that same day. The hosts were so accommodating, lights were left on in our unit and after a 12hour drive it was so lovely to see a lovely clean, comfty room. We slept so well, so happy we happened to book at Bella Vista. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much!

We ended up being stuck overnight in Nelson due to the airport being closed. We managed to get accomodation here.The owner Bruce was extremely accomodating and helpful. When we were still stranded the next day he found us a room, AND even lent us his car to go into the city.It was an amazing gesture,as he didn’t even know us.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable ,we just had a studio type unit with microwave, excellent shower.highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights that were split (2 and then 1) as we visited Able Tasman. Accommodation was clean with very comfy beds. Everything we needed in the room coffee tea fridge etc.
Bruce the manager was fantastic. Directed us to 2 local restaurants Smuggler and the Indian. Both great. Bruce also kindly kept out luggage whilst we were out of town and on our last morning even dropped us off at the car hire place. Above and beyond for sure.
Motel is about 6km from centre but closer to the lovely beach.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, accommodation with great shower, kitchen, laundry room and personable, helpful host, Bruce Hunter. He helped with directions, dinner reservations and sight seeing recommendations.
