This restaurant was highly recommended by our host @Parataune Lodge, so we thought “let’s give it a try”.
We entered without any reservation, so we had to wait for 15 minutes. A great time to take a nice G&T as an aperitive.
Then we were brought to our table and could sit down for what turned out afterwards to be “the nicest dinner” we had in New-Zealand.
(To be completely honest, we’ve enjoyed almost every meal we had in NZ)
We are Europeans, so we are spoiled with our French & Italian cuisines, our perfect wines…..
The dinner we had @ Hopgood’s can by far fulfil our high standards.
