Oamaru's Victorian Precinct is a gem when people travel between Christchurch and Queenstown. Not many people would visit Oamaru but I think people should spend a day to explore Victorian Precinct! you will feel how people live in Victorian period in NZ. The atmosphere is lovely and nice. Love it!

A row of lovely old buildings, but small and not a lot happening, even during the day. I suspect the lack of tourism and the winter months have impacted here.
These places are always on the "must" list, just in small town New Zealand in the Covid era.

Nice buildings, and good to see an precinct like this preserved. but not much to do in evening in area. The preservation made it a bit museum like, very quiet, would have been good to see some more life here.

Limited to to have a quick view, will have to come back one day for a more leisurely view.

Well preserved range of buildings.
