Not recommended. We arrived quite late and was having an early start. Tea and coffee facilities but no milk. Outside light shine through the curtains and no way to turn it off. Very noisy from guests arriving and leaving and from the fridge. No sleep at all. Bathroom very old.
This was the cheapest reasonable standard accommodation i could find around the airport. While its not flash and is a bit tired its very good value - clean, good service and the free airport shuttle sealed the deal.
Great location, friendly staff, free secure parking, room tidy. Hair balls on the wooden floor, no carpet so not cosy. Needs a real good paint job and that would brighten it up. No decor at all very plain and budget but serves its purpose. Would stay again.
The staff were friendly and helpful.Great having the free shuttle to the airport as part of their service .
The room was nice and roomy and clean,bed comfortable.
Was disappointed there wasn't an extra blanket in the wardrobe as I was quite cold overnight.There was no information in the room about the services offered in hotel and times so I didn't have to ring up or go down to find out.
There was no emergency safety exit plan in the room
Booked here the night before we left NZ. Mold in the bathroom, bugs on the floor, green algae pool, unkept flowerbeds and they used a leafblower in the morning on the hall carpets. The bar/dining area was dingy and tablecloth dirty. I could hear the neighbors at 4am having a shower like they were in my room. The neighboring house had old mattresses and garbage strewn on the boulevard. The list goes on and they have a no refund policy! I was almost going to sleep in my vehicle in the 'locked compound'. Yes that is what it felt like as we needed to use our room key to open the gate into the motel area. Honestly if I come back I would spend the little extra for a different place. This one isn't worth the money we paid for one night. This place is extremely rundown and needs major TLC to make it worth paying the money they are charging. I am hard-pressed to give this place a 2 star rating.
