I stayed overnight because my flight arrived after midnight at Auckland International Airport. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Hotel is located very close to the airport. I could park very close to the room so unloading and loading luggage was easy. Swimming pool looks nice and there is a life size chess set on the lawn.

We would definitely stay here again. Slightly disappointed that the buffet restaurant was closed for dinner because of low bookings as this is the reason we booked here. It is great to have a family friendly restaurant onsite. We still ate from the bar menu which was perfectly fine and the kids ate for free. room was clean and spacious but the whole hotel needs new carpet. All staff were very friendly and helpful

Very average, dated hotel. Carpets are in need of cleaning. The food was just average. Nice pool area. Room is large, reasonably pleasant and comfortable. Acceptable for a short stay. A shuttle bus is available from the airport. Okay overall.

I Highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed here twice for International Conferences. We were very happy with this hotel. Close to the airport for easy transfers. The second time just last week we were lucky to have more time and stayed a week. We had an opportunity to rest and relax. The lounge area is very comfortable and private enough for business work if required. Although we didn't use the pool, having it in the courtyard makes it feel like a resort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant had an excellent assortment of food choices for meals and snacks, happy hour was everyday.
The rooms are large, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We especially appreciated the "night lighting" in the bathroom. We really liked having a weigh scale there for checking our suitcases prior to going to the airport and the arrival and departure board for updates. Very handy shuttle service. A great venue for a conference but likewise for a stopover or place to just rest. We will be back Thankyou.
