I apologize for the delay you experienced with our shuttle service. We offer a scheduled shuttle that operates on the hour and half-hour between 4 AM and 9:30 PM; after those hours, we provide an on-call service.
Regarding the rooms, prices vary based on availability. We have nine different room options, ranging from small Standard Queens to large spacious Apartments, ensuring there is something to suit every guest's needs. Our staff can offer upgrades upon arrival, subject to availability, usually costing between $20 and $50 per upgraded room tier, depending on the type.
Each room comes with a minimum of two towels, with additional towels available upon request or supplied according to the number of guests. I apologize if your room only had one towel, as this is not typical and may have been an oversight by housekeeping.
