I'm not usually one togive a really crap reports as try to look at positives.
This hotel specialises in fly in fly out business that offers airport shuttle service.
GRUMPS:
1. We had to wait over 45 mins for shuttle from time we informed them till pick up. Not good after international flight.
2. Had a quick meal but noticed that for example a pint cost $17 that's bloody ridiculous given the standard of the hotel.
3.Room cost us $245 and could have a significantly better option for a mere $20 more.
4. Room had only 1 towel so made showertime very interesting.
You would probably guess we won't be darkening their doorstep again.

Due to the unforeseen circumstances of flights cancelled, we were directed to Jet Park Hotel. Considering the stress of a busload of tired tourists (who waited on average of 2 hours in a queue to be accommodated), after cancelled flights, I have only praise for how the staff dealt with us. The restaurant and bar kitchen were closed by that time, but there were still snacks and drinks available for those in need. The room was small, but comfortable, crispy clean sheets and lovely pillows. A good night rest after a stressful arrival in Aotearoa. Our experience was so positive that we booked ourselves in the second night of enforced Auckland stranding, waiting for available flights.

We could not have felt more welcome when we arrived after a long flight at 11:30pm. The shuttle driver picked us up at international (and waited patiently while we got a bit lost!) with a friendly smile. The hotel staff were amazing, the room was superb, and the food was top notch. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, they even gifted us an upgrade. Just can’t say enough about how great Jet Park is! Really recommend this hotel if you need something handy to the airport.
