Toiletries lovely. Rooms exceptionally clean thanks to Mararaa.
The problem comes down to money. I asked on line about parking and was assured it was free.
Got there and told us ten days only . Lucky I had a copy of the online confirmation about parking. Still charged us for the two days over what was on the print out...
That and not being about to change the air con temperature, set too hot to sleep well.

Firstly, I would like to apologize for any confusion regarding the car storage. We do offer 10 days of complimentary car storage for guests who book directly with the hotel. However, this offer is not valid for bookings made through third-party websites such as Booking.com or Expedia.
Regarding the issue with the air conditioner, we have checked and confirmed that it is operating normally. Some air conditioners may take a little time to recalibrate the room temperature. I am not sure if you contacted the front desk to investigate or resolve this issue to ensure that you had an enjoyable stay with us.

The rooms are good - clean and adequate.
Meals are very disappointing. We stayed for one night before going overseas, spent $290 on meals for four people and all of us were disappointed. On returning from overseas we allowed hope to conquer experience and dined there again but elected for light meals. These were worse than our first experience. Neither of the staff members we told of our experience even said they were sorry.
So, it's convenient to stay and have the free shuttle to the airport but we will never eat there again.

Me and my family stayed there on 29 may 2024 because our flight got canceled so airlines provide accommodation there.
We love the service by all staff specialy f&b staff dinner and breakfast team especially dinner restaurant manager and morning FnB manager.
Front office staff on time of check in and check out were amazing and fast also I got amazing hospitality from them.
Sorry forgot all names but everyone was amazing.
In the last Gagan made amazing coffee for me.
Room was amazing and clean.
Food was delicious.
Everyone was very professional.
Thank you everyone to make our stay memorable.
I will book next time this hotel when I will travel again.

The people on reception were the friendliest people ever. Even though we arrived late they were accommodating with every aspect. Supplied me with the right power cord for my EV. They were very accommodating with our dog. The rooms, buildings, and gardens were spotless and fresh and attractive. Absolutely loved the Pacifica theme. We will be referring this place for sure.

Comfortable room and bed. Super convenient airport shuttle. We were a little uncertain because we arrived late at night and it is located in an industrial area but once we were there, everything was great. Book the shuttle when you arrive. The shuttle will also pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel but you would have to contact the hotel to find out the schedule.
