Amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Restaurant meal was great and the Buffett breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were comfortable and facilities great. A perfect place for overnight stop over as close to airport. Highly recommend.

Rooms were nice and clean and well appointed. Restaurant menu was not extensive and the Lamb Shank that I had was very dry so sent it back. They were kind enough not to charge me for it which was good, but they need to up the game on the menu selection and food quality.

Awful customer service on arrival by middle aged woman on the evening of the 19th of February. Check-in machines didn't work and instead of manually helping out customers she grumpily repeatedly went back to the reception computer asking people to re-enter their details in the machine whilst she was linking stuff on the computer -instead of just manually checking people in. I pointed out what a waste of time this is for their guests and she became hostile. She then went on to say that I had 'only booked an economy room' ( appologies Grumpy only one left online when booking last minute that am) and accused me of not having entered the correct details on my booking and that is why it didn't work. Not true!
I am a repeat customer lost by her rudeness. Hotel is also getting more than dated with all bathrooms I have seen during my stays needing a renno and gym needing its equipment fixed (half of the machines don't work).
Other than that it used to be good...
Won't be back needless to say! Customer lost.

Room was great. Bathroom was awesome.
Restaurant meal was nice and reasonable

The reception service was great and polite and made it easy.

The whole atmosphere was good and easy to get around.

Restaurant staff need some training but the were polite

What a lovely way to wrap up our trip to NZ. Naumi Hotel has the first in the world Kiosk to check in/out. Ever since Covid, they cannot find enough staff so this is a convenience for busy travellers that don't want to wait in line. When we arrived, the manager Leeta (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was there to assist. At first, the kiosk couldn't find our reservation, but on my second try it did. I don't know if Leeta could tell by the look on my face how exhausted I was, but she was amazing! She upgraded our room (I definitely loved soaking in the bathtub) plus, she gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Although the kiosk is a nice convenience, Leeta was wonderful! You can't get that kind of personal service from a kiosk.
