The room sheets had not been changed. There were makeup stains on my pillow, what appeared to be shoe marks on my flat sheet? Small blood stains visible on the sheets. The floor had not been vacuumed. It was disgusting. Unfortunately I had paid & booked 2 nights already. I left about 30 minutes after arriving, no one was at the counter when I was leaving so I wasn’t able to speak to anyone (not that I would bother). I went across the road to Naumi Auckland Airport instead which was AMAZING. Don’t waste your money. The photos do not do justice. Last thing I want to deal with after a 3 hour road trip & before a 7 hour flight

Hotel staff was friendly, the guy name RAHUL was a absolute gentleman who helped me in everything while my stay in newzeland . Rahul have great communication skills and sence of customer service. Overall i had great experience while my stay

Poor room service, room doesn’t get cleaned even after reminders, cutlery not picked up even after reminding Swati at the reception. Have to go and get cutlery from the restaurant on my own so many times. Expected better service from such a big hotel chain.
