Excellent Hotel, we always have a great expereince here, the bonus is it is so close to the airport. At the moment there is external work happening outside so the walk is a bit longer, other than that the service is great, the GYM is excellent and overall its worth the money.

Flying in and out of Auckland to Rarotonga, staying at the Novotel was just a good overnight stopover option. The staff were great with customer care and the room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is convenient located next to the hotel. Great soundproof from planes and construction nearby.

A bit troublesome for coach parking and hopping on and off because of the construction and the people from Pullman could get incredibly rude!!! So end up need to walk to the airport coach parking area.

Staff are nice, helpful and accomodating. Have a long table for work and daily use. A seating area at the closet for dressing and wearing the shoes. Breakfast is nice but feel they're short handed from time to time.

Not sure if it's on trend now but no toiletries are given nor were we told about that. However, they do provide what you need on request. No ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom blind at my room is broken and never work.

They do daily clean up including empty the bin, make the bed and change of towel when needed. I hope they could freshen the room a bit mid week, like cleaning the carpet. Some days my partner had to stay in the hotel all day, the cleaning staff would just wait until the room is emptied for cleaning. They are also friendly and helpful. Thumbs up for them.

The mattress is too soft. Same opinion goes with partners who go on the trip.

The phone don't really work. I tried calling my partners from the other rooms just to realised that. Probably the reason why some morning calls could not be make.

However, I do agree that the morning call is not reliable. As we tried that on 3 nights, they missed it the day we check out to catch flight...
