There were around 25 people waiting to be checked in and two checkpoints open, after a while the third one was opened. I had tried many times the day before to call, but the phone was never answered. Wake up call never happened, the prices were exhorbatent for what you got. Won't stay again even though the location was brilliant,thanks again.

Really clean hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunately I have to review a few pitfalls, TV did not work, there were no large towels in the bathroom and the bath side was so high it was dangerous to climb into. Dinner took 50 mins to arrive and was really average. Breakfast paid for was average too and cold. It’s a really nice location and a shame there were too many things that let them down, next time I’ll opt for another hotel.

Great location being next to international airport. Otherwise a basic clean room, nothing special about it. The water was turned off for much of our stay so could not shower that night. Room Service food of very poor quality and over priced. The food was undercooked and lukewarm warm.
We wouldn’t stay here ever again. Price does not reflect the quality. Pleased to leave it.

Very comfortable if a bit cramped. The bed was way too soft but the room was quiet and we got a good sleep which is what its all about. Staff were very helpful and location is worth the extra cost over other more remote airport hotels. Definitely recommended

Arrived with partner jane r 10.oopmish on 23rd June . Great reception, and prompt dispatch to room they even suggested we take the trolley all the way up to the room, grateful at that hour of night. Room was very clean, heaps power and data outlets. Everything worked (unlike my last 2 stays at the airport pullman,) I see now why pullman have to drop their prices to novotels, though it's part of the same group, novotel is superior in its staffing and room views. Got another stay in 2 weeks so will stick with N.
