Booked a two-bedroom unit for 4 adults .... The confirmation from Booking .com said 2 adults however sent a 4 of the guests name plus advising them that 2 of the adults required a transfer to the airport whilst the other two adults would check out at the normal time ... I even sent the motel an e-mail direct to ensure that all was in order ...
The amount charged was for 4 adults 2 roomed unit. That the time of checking in the reception desk said I only booked for 2 adults even though they had the 4 names, transfer detail etc .... I was told that I had to pay an extra 29 NZD x 2 . QUESTION why as paid for 4 adults and no extra bedding will be used ...ONLY to be told if I did not pay the extra amount, she was going to cancel my booking and no refund would be made due to a late booking ... Asked for the manager who pay up or leave ... Not even trying to contact Booking .com and or trying to talk about it .... HENCE not happy, SO RUDE...
Being in the travel industry for over 34 years I was at a lost at the service I was offered ... !!!! NEVER ever stay the again ....
