Waited around for the receptionist for 15-20min to check in as she was doubling as the shuttle driver.
Standard room we stayed in was the most run-down, mould and cobwebs infested room I have ever encountered.
Walls had stain or abrasian marks and generally looked like all their cleaners bothered with was changing of the beds and some light dusting.
A note in the kitchen asked for guests to wash our own dishes... enough said!
Shower door dropped off its tracks completely when I attempted to open it, unsurprising, considering the mould buildup along the tracks.
No electric blankets.
No milk in the fridge.
Left our car in their care for two weeks, and on our return discovered several tears to the leather drivers seat. When we questioned the staff member on-site about this he denied possibility of staff responsibility and suggested tears were merely from general wear.
We contacted the manager via email and explained the damage, to which he replied rudely with barely a three line email stating "We did not damage your car".
This place is not a 4 star establishment (otherwise standards have disparingly slipped), and consumer beware that in my opinion photos and statements on this company's website are misleading concerning the level of service and care provided here.
