Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and was very quiet.
Only one thing spoilt our stay.
The shuttle driver duly arrived at appointed time. He jumped out of the van and opened the boot door then jumped back into his cab and left us (both in our 80s) to lift our travel bags into the boot and close the door.
We climbed into van and promptly put on our masks and he did nothing but sniff and blow his nose all the way to airport. When we got to airport he opened the boot but he had to take out our bags as we weren’t doing it, but he left them on road and not on footpath.
I might add that we stay here at least 3 times a year and have not had this problem before and hope to not have it again.

Clean and tidy, simple motel, very close to airport. We arrived at about 1am after a delayed flight. Keys left in lock box and very easy to locate. Ample parking. Quiet. Very comfy beds. Kids loved the spa bath. Stayed 2 nights while exploring Auckland and would stay again

Lovely people who run this establishment. Clean and tidy. 10mins from the airport. Arrived back on a very late flight, keys were left in the lock boxes for you. A great place to stay when travelling overseas.
