Over priced room. The worst thing was ringing when I landed to arrange prompt pickup. I was told to ring back one I’m through customs. Phone battery almost dead but ok. Got through customs told pickup would be ten to 15 minutes. Ten thirty at night and I have an early flight next morning. A good 30 minutes later the guy shows up.
Not impressed wasting my time waiting for a lazy driver stealing my sleep time when Ii paying over $200 for a room .
Recommend not booking this place late in the evening if you were planning to get a good sleep

As the motel was close to Auckland airport and I had an early flight decided to book (other more desirable hotel booked out).
Advertised free WiFi which basically only worked properly if you stood in the carpark, metal inserts on my room's door where it had either rotted away or been previously kicked in,
had to go to reception to ask for a heater.
Free shuttle was the best thing.
Paid NZ$179

I made a booking to stay the night with my plane landing at midnight. I asked if I could book the shuttle and was told I just need to phone the 0800 number upon landing and the shuttle would arrive for me.
But NO! At 1am I phoned for the shuttle and was told it is not available after midnight.
Their website advertises a 24 hour shuttle service!!
The only reason I booked this motel was because of the shuttle service. I would not stay here otherwise. It is very run down and very expensive.
