Great variety of seafood and everything deep fried that your heart could desire! We had the fish of the day, scallops, potato cakes, kumara chips, shoestring fries, corn fritters, cheese and broccoli roll, sweet corn fritters and a spring roll. Sadly no crayfish at this time of year. It was all fantastic!!! Highly recommended

We went into Coopers Catch because it was full of customers. Delicious meal and not too greasy. Was lovely and staff were great.

So fresh & delicious. We had a couple of pieces of fish with chips … crispy batter on the fish and the chips were great too.

I've never eaten that good Fish 'n Chip's - honestly.
For only $9 (yes, just freaking $9) you can get a big fish and loads of chips. Tomato sauce is free, however, you can order homemade Aioli for additional $2.
I recommend the onion rings (half a dozen for $4.) They're huge and taste just too yum!

If you're up for dessert, you can get a large doughnut filled with chocolate for $2,50 or some pineapple rings (also $2,50).
It's simply amazing. The store is small and kinda hidden but it's truly world class quality! ❤️

Had went twice in a day, there are not much choice around. Was told this is the best fish n chips in the world hahaa.

Had tried mussels, squid ring, blue cod and tarakihi, none of the item is fresh although this town is so called seafood paradise, it is far from it.

Had also brought live crayfish for them to cook, and it was overcooked.. so wasted.

In my opinion, don't expect much and you will be fine.
