This is one of the things that is open post earthquake (and so much is closed). The farmer is full of information about wool and yields from various breeds of sheep in New Zealand. At the beginning you can pet a lamb and he'll allow one of them to be given a bottle of milk (so they are not overfed) so don't be late if you want to see this part. Then its sheep shearing which is impressively fast it has to be said. This is a pretty quick tour and fast paced.
