Studio unit was great

Loved our stay in a studio unit. Extremely comfortable bed and bed linen and pillows. Woke up thinking I was in my own bed. Tidy compact unit. Perfect for one or two nights and we would stay again. Quiet location and we also loved the black out drapes

LOVELY SPOT - BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT

We were very impressed with our 1 bedroom apartment, extremely clean with all the comforts of home. It was light and bright, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Great having a washing machine and dryer also. Nice private patio for outdoor living

Room tip: 1 bedroom apartment was lovely with it's own private yard and outdoor living.

Great Accommodation near Kaikoura

We had booked a studio but after one night found this a bit small. We requested a one bedroom for the second night which was more ideal for us. Very spacious and room to relax. The Fairways are about ten minutes out of Kaikoura but they are well appointed and semi-rural. Lots of walks and the beach close by.

We have already booked another trip with friends next year as this is the ideal space for a group.

Room tip: Apartments facing south west get lovely afternoon sun.

Love visiting Kaikoura and staying at The Fairways

Highly recommend staying at The Fairways. A perfect two bedroom two bathroom apartment with comfortable kitchen and lounge perfect for cooking and relaxing.
However even better was the very accomodating hosts Callum and Calvin. Friendly , hospitable and their helpful suggestions ensured we had the most memorable experiences, being Whale watching and swimming with the dolphins. Many thanks and we look forward to staying again one day. Janet and family.

Great place to stay

The check in process was hassle free, the hosts were very friendly accommodating.

The Apartments are great - they have all that you need during your stay!

Well furnished, air conditioned, has a lounge / dining area, full kitchen and even an outdoor setting - which is a nice touch.
The king bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very clean - has 2 sinks which is super handy. The apartment we were in had a spa bath which was amazing!! It's also so nice staying somewhere where the shower pressure is awesome!!

Great location - very quiet, not being right in Kaikoura township - yet close enough to the township that it's less than a 5 min drive.

Would definitely stay again!

Room tip: If you want a simple room, pick the studio - otherwise pick the apartment if you want a more luxury experience
