We stayed in the Asure Highpark Motor Inn for one night in October, 2017. We took the train from Christchurch, spent the night in Greymouth then returned by train the following afternoon.

The Asure Highpark Motor Inn was clean, comfortable and quiet. The internet was fast and free. But most impressive was the service provided by everyone we encountered at the property. A few examples -- I forgot the cord to charge my phone. The owner's son was in the office, his response was do you want to know where to buy one in town or can I lend you one for the night? We walked from the train station to the hotel (about 30 minutes) but the owner offered to drive us from the hotel to the train for the return trip. Instead, at our request, she suggested a lunch place and took us there. We left something in the room. The owner returned to the restaurant 20 minutes later with our left behind bath bag. That is service I have never received from any hotel, even the fanciest. Thank you Lynda, I hope we return to Greymouth just so I can thank Lynda again in person!

very helpful and we were greeted by some home baking with the tea and coffee yummy too thankyou room very clean and comfortable and a short walk from a very good restaurant and rec centre with pool complex with water slides lovely gardens and BBQ area when the weather is warmer

We found this by just driving around. As it was NZ school holidays nearly everywhere was full but here they had a large family suite. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
The lady on reception could not have been more helpful and the restaurant 100m up the road was wonderful.
We were also allowed a late checkout at no cost.
