We found this by just driving around. As it was NZ school holidays nearly everywhere was full but here they had a large family suite. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
The lady on reception could not have been more helpful and the restaurant 100m up the road was wonderful.
We were also allowed a late checkout at no cost.
Stayed here with family. Good sized unit and good quality overall. Great to have mysky available. Only small gripe is that we were keen to use the spa bath unit but the water pressure is so feeble that it would have taken half an hour to fill the sizeable tub! Apart from that a good quality option.
We arrived late in the afternoon to a very friendly welcome from Lynda. She was very helpful, recommending a nice place to have a meal. The unit was very comfortable and we had a spacious room that was clean and tidy.
I arrived with a trailer after a long trip from Dunedin. The host found a park for me and was very welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. The motel is on the main road but very little if any noise. Plenty of hot water and a great pressure. Real nice to get two free bickie's on arrival.Have booked to stay again
Quiet and clean, warm and friendly. Have stayed here a few times for work and always fine, very clean, warm and tidy. Bedding is comfortable with good pillows. Although on the main road, it quietens down at night. Very close to the hospital and the supermarket and across the road from the swimming pool so very convenient.
