We stayed here on our South Island roadtrip. The reception was super friendly and it was a quick check in and key drop off to check out. Close to our dinner spot down the road at Buccleighs on high. We were given a 10% discount card for monteiths which we checked out before dinner - amazing atmosphere.
Our 2 bedroom unit suited us well. Beds were comfortable and bathroom and shower was great. The cook top was very slow to heat and the hot water from the sink tap was not very hot. A better pot scrub could be handy.
The owners were helpful when small things were required.
Great place to stay. Lovely service, very clean, comfy bed and fabulous shower. Very quiet too. Highly reccomend staying there when you are visiting Greymouth. Best restaurant just down the road within walking distance.
Great facilities, very clean and tidy rooms bed is so comfortable and the shower is one of the best. Staff are very friendly and helpful. And very easy to book a room at late notice........ highly recommended

When we arrive the receptionist was super friendly and very helpful. We were informed that we have been given the disabled suite and if we wanted to we could change it but we were fine with it.
The room was nice and big with a huge bed that was a tad uncomfortable but everything else was great.
