Location is close to town centre and railway station.
Good for overnight stopover, antiquated however the rooms are large, clean ,and practicable. Motel is easy to locate and easily accessible from main road.
Prices are reasonable.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, and with the high summer season, this was the only twin room left available in the vicinity.
Broadly speaking, it was satisfactory. Except that a few details, many of which could be easily remedied, let them down:
* Oven had been disabled
* Heater non-operational and we had to request a portable space heater
* Hair dryer didn't work
* No smoke alarms
* Curtain on entrance door was wafer-thin and let light from outside shine in all night
On positive note, the cat, Cosmic, has a friendly nature and we welcomed him into our unit.
The pricing on this high season occasion meant this wasn't good value for money, but if you strike a good deal and set your expectations accordingly, you will find it quite adequate.

We turned up not booked with 2 adults and 3 kids ... got a two story appartment ag the rear, very clean and spacious yhere were 7 beds available everything was spotless... yes it was a bit tired but when your paying $180 a night for 5 ppl i didnt complain.. even had sky sport so i could watch the cricket..

Booked here before reading the reviews and so was a bit worried heading in. Needn't have worried too much - the place is a bit antiquated but still comfortable and certainly not dirty as other people have found.
However if you are staying as a family, you will be rather cramped as two of the beds are in the main lounge area and every noise will affect the others.
My bed was right by the door and the outside light was on all night , which along with the dripping toilet, kept me awake a good while. The Wi-Fi also stopped working during the night.
Place seems to be run on a thin margin and the guy needs to brush up on customer service, but it's a good cheap, comfortable and secure place to stay close to the main drag, such as it is.

Overall very good bed and a very good shower. Could not expect much more for the price really. Close to shops and railway station. Clean utelsils for cooking. Room freshly painted, quiet location really although close to main road. Would not hesitate to go there again for a night stay.

Booked to stay a night prior to catching the train wished I hadn't bothered The whole place needs a serious makeover Stay well away. It is within walking distance of the train station which is the only good thing about it.
