“Not Nearly as Boring as You Would Think”
Reviewed 20 March 2017

Expectations were not high, but very interesting with odd ball clocks from around the world. The end result of a dedicated collector's obsession. Surrounded by Victorian period wooden buildings by the marina, a perfect place for morning breakfast.

“Not boring at all brilliant”
Reviewed 18 March 2017

The clock museum is in a modern building just along from the quay. It has the largest sun dial in the southern hemisphere. In side there are about 1400 clocks and watches of all sizes shapes and configurations. None are set to the right time therefore every few minutes a clock will chime somewhere in the building. The time pieces are in collections depending on where they came from and how they work. There is also a nice little gift shop. Concessions for the young and old.

“Broad collection of wonderful time pieces!”
Reviewed 16 March 2017

This stop was accidental. We were looking for a lunch spot and saw it. Vast collection of clocks and time keeping devices on display from cuckoo clocks to sofa sized steam punk contraptions. This is worth an hour of your time.

“As we are into Time and honoured skills of the past”
Reviewed 14 March 2017

What a great place to be lost in Time from a private collection and added pieces to see the wonders of creative time. We also added some input into this amazing gallery as my GGGGgrandfather was a famous pocket watch maker from London.

“Fascinating”
Reviewed 14 March 2017

I would never have believed there could be such a huge variety of clocks and watches. It certainly pays to leave plenty of time to go round this museum as there are all sorts of treasures to discover.
