Been to this bakery numerous times and service is always impersonal, at times bordering on just plain rude. Staff need to to be trained in developing good customer relations. A smile costs nothing and surprise surprise...even if you hate your job...try not to show it.
The Italian custard in the Cannoli is weak in flavour. The cupcake I ordered ( was given the incorrect one) was dry and stale.
I’m done with this place. I keep thinking it will improve but enough is enough.
