We decided on a spontaneous Saturday drive up to Shepparton as it was a lovely spring day and the household jobs could wait. We lucked on the Collective for lunch - an arbitrary choice because it looked good from the street. The Teller part was upstairs, we launched downstairs in the Collective. Linen napkins, good service, nice decor, interesting local wines and great food. We shared four small plates - all good with the cauliflower hummus the outstanding choice - followed by a shared dessert of pavlova with strawberries etc. The food was at the standard of a nice place in Melbourne but much less expensive. We will definitely go back and if we end up in Shepparton for dinner we will try the Teller restaurant for dinner.
