I came here as part of a hiking trip through the Roero, and had an excellent trip. Fabrizio really cares about the experience you have, and takes time out of his day to show you his vineyards, explain the differences in soils and vineyards and how it affects the wine, and then guides you through a tasting of all of his wines. He is equally passionate about making wines as he is about sharing them with you. I was also served a plate of delicious cheese, salumi, and grissini! The wines were great and absolutely classics of the Roero, including Roero Arneis, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo d'Alba, and Roero DOCG (also made from 100% Nebbiolo -- an excellent wine). Generous, open to explaining and answering questions, and the visit can be in English, French, and Italian.
A huge plus is that it's easy to visit: on their website, just fill in the form and Fabrizio will make himself available.
