I arrived at the Buller Bridge Motel completely exhausted after biking the Old Ghost Road. The motelier was very friendly and welcoming and the room was spotless with everything I needed, including a lovely hot shower. It was an easy trip into town to get some takeaways, a quick meal in front of the tv and then I had an excellent sleep in the large comfortable bed.

Staff were very pleasant, when the area has been struggling after natural distaster.
There was a shelf in the kitchen which was in an awkward position and I hit my head badly when unpacking food.Maybe this could be addressed.
All the required toiletries/teas/coffee etc were supplied.
Also really good quality towels.
Our hosts were really helpful, showing us where to find food and shopping, and giving us advice for our stay. The room was warm, modern and clean and the motel is central and easy to find. Thanks guys!
Pleasant receptionist & close to river walk, supermarket & cafes. Not all beds with electric blankets otherwise well equipped. There was no road noise, always a bonus & an extensive listing of takeaway & eat in restaurants menus.
Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, (just the two of us). Very comfy, with room to spare in all rooms (bedrooms, lounge/kitchen). Car park was right beside the unit. Large panel heaters in each room made it easy to warm the unit. Would stay again!
Really friendly welcome and the recommendations for dinner were much appreciated. Room was really warm, spacious and good value for money. We were a family of 5 staying in the 2 bedroom unit and it definitely worked for us.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again the next time we are in Westport.
