Stayed here one night after a somewhat raining day cruise on Doubtful Sound. Lovely room with seperate bedroom and lounge with small kitchenette. Kerri helped advise us on where to have dinner and showed us to our room. Our continental breakfast was already in the fridge. A very comfortable night’s sleep.

What a wonderful stay at Radfords on the Lake! Our room was clean & tidy, had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable! Above all, the customer service might be the best we’ve ever experienced! Kerri was absolutely lovely, gave us loads of tips on where to eat and what to see.. she even lent us raincoats that totally saved us on the rainy (but still stunning) Milford cruise.

Best accommodation so far on our 10 day holiday… clean.. comfortable .. spacious.. great bed.. friendly helpful manager …walking distance to town and some great restaurants… great Italian and Chinese food

We got their most expensive and best room, ground floor facing the lake. It turned out to be reasonably private and quiet. Boy was it worth it. Fabulous view and very convenient location. Staff was very helpful. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent. Stayed for 2 nights to do Doubtful and then Milford Sound. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely top floor one bedroom apartment with kitchen. Well equipped, well furnished and well finished. Nice, but not private, balcony area with good views. Quiet as set far enough back from the road. Easy to walk into Te Anau. Owner on reception friendly, welcoming and helpful. One if the best places we’ve stayed and the best ‘private’ ( as in not big hotel) one. Would happily go back.
