Best accommodation so far on our 10 day holiday… clean.. comfortable .. spacious.. great bed.. friendly helpful manager …walking distance to town and some great restaurants… great Italian and Chinese food

What a wonderful stay at Radfords on the Lake! Our room was clean & tidy, had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable! Above all, the customer service might be the best we’ve ever experienced! Kerri was absolutely lovely, gave us loads of tips on where to eat and what to see.. she even lent us raincoats that totally saved us on the rainy (but still stunning) Milford cruise.
Thank you again for having us! We will be recommending you to everyone!

We got their most expensive and best room, ground floor facing the lake. It turned out to be reasonably private and quiet. Boy was it worth it. Fabulous view and very convenient location. Staff was very helpful. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent. Stayed for 2 nights to do Doubtful and then Milford Sound. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely top floor one bedroom apartment with kitchen. Well equipped, well furnished and well finished. Nice, but not private, balcony area with good views. Quiet as set far enough back from the road. Easy to walk into Te Anau. Owner on reception friendly, welcoming and helpful. One if the best places we’ve stayed and the best ‘private’ ( as in not big hotel) one. Would happily go back.
Room tip: Probably ask for first floor room. There’s no lift so it’s up a flight of stairs.

We stayed for 4 nights Feb 23 and I have no hesitation in recommending Radfords. Full marks to Kerri who made us very welcome and we thoroughly appreciated her helpful bookings and recommendations.
Room was spotless, bed comfortable, view amazing.
Room tip: Upstairs was our choice and suited us well. Stairs only but ok for most.

We had an awesome stay!!! Beautiful room. Great views! Great location! And Kylie was soooo good and helpful.
They had lots of facilities. The breakfast was amazing and consisted of beautiful fresh fruit, cereal, bread and other goodies. Overall fantastic!!!
