Wonderfully helpful owners. Kerri helped us book the best trip to Milford Sound. She also gave us the best dinner recommendations. Kerri and her daughter were incredibly friendly.
The facilities were clean, in great shape, with comfortable beds and linen. The kitchenette was functional, complete with a cook top. The grounds were immaculate. A wonderful stay was had.
Oh, the location could not be better; right on the lake, and a five minute walk to the center of town.

Radfords has classy, well designed rooms. Great location on the lake and walking distance to all restaurants in Te Anau! Kerri (owner/manager) maintains a high standard of cleanliness and is willing to share her best tips (food/experiences). Her restaurant and helicopter recommendations were “spot on”! We are going back next year.

What a beautiful place with fantastic views of the Lake. Loved the little extra touches and attention to detail. Also all places should have a magnified mirror x 5 for applying make up. Well maintained comfortable and friendly. Highly Recommend .

Kerry is absolutely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The shower was great, the bedding wonderful with plenty of pillows and blankets. The motel is positioned beside the lake and only a short walk to shops and restaurants.

We were pleasantly surprised by Radfords on the Lake. The location is great, not too far from the action, and in walking distance from shops, restaurants etc. Kerri, the owner, is great, Shes across all aspects and ensures high standards are met. The hotel grounds and layout are beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant and obliging. Our room was spacious and clean. There was free parking and all in all, a very enjoyable stay
