We spent two nights at Radfords during our South Island trip. It was wonderful. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Our favorite of the trip. We finally got a clear night and Kerri provided information on where to stargaze and binoculars. Quick walk to everything in Te Anau. Lovely place to stop.

I stayed at Radfords on the Lake, Te Anau, as part of a Hiking group. The place is spotless, and there's a lot of little extras that make all the difference. The laundry facilities were excellent, which is helpful when you're travelling for multiple days.
The bed and bedding was fabulous, but the real Gem was the owner. She is awesome! Breakfasts were terrific, nothing was a problem and she goes above and beyond in every way. Can't say enough about the place to be honest!

I stayed at this motel as part of a tour group hosted by New Zealand Trails. After a long day of hiking, it was such a pleasure to be greeted by Kerrie at the motel. My room was stunning. The high level of cleanliness and thoughtful additions in the room were fabulous. Kerrie was very welcoming and made sure the group's visit was an outstanding experience.
