We stayed in the lovely room at the front with the fabulous view, just stunning. The best part of the stay is Kerrie, thank you!!!You were so helpful making it so easy to plan our time and had excellent recommendations that made our trip. All the little extra details like bringing us insect repellant for one of our excursions, chocolates etc show you go the extra mile🤗

We have just spent 2 nights staying at this lovely motel and I would highly recommend it.
We stayed in an upstairs one bedroom apartment that had a spacious lounge with a great view of the Lake . There was an outdoor table and we sat on the deck and drank our wine in the sun. There was a separate bedroom with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The apartment was warm and exceptionally clean and fresh with lovely little touches that just made it special. There were chocolates by our pillows, really cozy robes to wear and everything was nice quality. Its an easy walk to town so you can park the car and just relax.
What really made it special for us was the owner Kerry. She was warm and friendly and gave great advice about where to eat and what to do. My husband left his book there and Kerry rang straight away to let us know and is sending it back to us which is great
I would definitely stay here again.

We had excellent rooms and views. What was especially good was Kerri's recommendation for a tour to Milford and local itinerary -- where to go, what to see, and when to do it!
We have a special Thank You because we left clothing behind by mistake, in a closet. Kerri called us, made arrangements to ship the items, and they were home in Christchurch before we were. Thank you, Kerri.
We will go back to Radfords.

Along with the supurb location and stunning lake view our 2 bedroom apartment was as luxurious as an upmarket hotel room. It is obvious that our hosts have invested and devoted themselves to ensuring their guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It would be hard to find a more charming host than Kerri, we took up her suggestions of stops and time frames for our self-drive to Milford Sound, and also importantly - recommended eating out options. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

It all starts with the booking experience. From your first connection with the Radfords staff, you feel at home. This is not mere friendliness for the sake of doing business. No, you get the feeling that there's a deep love of having people visit their beautiful place.
As always, the cleanliness was top-class. The bed was 5-star quality.
And the view from our room ... well, I'm not enough of a poet to do justice to the amazing natural beauty that lies at the doorstep of Radfords.
This is truly one of the best places we've ever stayed in, which is why we don't even bother to look for alternatives when we want to stay in Te Anau.
