Radfords on the Lake is one of the best! This fantastic Te Anau motel offers everything... Comfort...Pristine cleanliness.....beautifully appointed + a wonderful welcoming host. Helpful recommendations for dining and activities.
Absolutely recommend this place and the location is perfect, just a short walk to the town centre.

This Award winning motel lives up to it's reputation. Friendly staff and super-clean units, with all mod-cons. We experienced two units upstairs over the week and both had good views of the lake. We left most of our luggage there in safe-keeping while we went on a 3 day/2 night cruise in Doubtful Sound.
Kerri, the owner, arranged a day trip for us to Milford Sound - all went according to plan and was thoroughly enjoyed.

My entire experince was such a treat! From the lakefront views, comfortable bed, classic Fiordland hospitality and facitilies provided. 'Radfords on the Lake' have thought of everything. I would 100% recommend Radfords for a 5 star luxy stay!

Had a lovely 2 night stay at Radfords on the Lake. Kerri is the perfect host and she was so helpful when it came to recommending restaurants and walks in the area. The room was spotlessly clean and warm with lovely views of the lake from upstairs. The town is so close by for restaurants and shops. Unfortunately we were unlucky with visiting Milford Sound as the road was closed which was disappointing but it means we will be back to try again and will certainly be staying at Radfords for sure. Highly recommended.

Radfords on the Lake
My husband and I recently spent 2 nights at Radfords on the Lake in Te Anau which we highly recommend. Kerri was an outstanding host who was very friendly and helpful recommending places to eat, and things to see and do. Our room was spotless, very warm and comfortable, and was equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lake from out room was amazing. Thank you Kerri and your team, you have a beautiful spot and we hope to return again soon
